Out of Stock/ Discontinued Item Refund
If you have placed an order online or in store and the item is no longer available , out of stock, or will not meet your wear date we will inform you and offer a refund for your order.
Refund/ Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product offering returns/exchanges/refunds/cancellations are not offered on items purchased excluding exceptions listed below. This is the standard policy of ALL similar brick & mortar or internet special occasion stores.
Every item purchased is inspected for correct style, color and size. All beading, embroidery, the hems and seams are also inspected to ensure it is in new & satisfactory condition.
Most Special Occasion items are often only worn once or a few times and some individuals would try to return their purchase after their occasion.
Most of the items sold by and at The Chicago Bridal Store are special custom ordered just for you. This allows you to receive the style, color, size and options desired by you. This also means no other customer has touched or worn your item.
Shoes may be returned within (24 hours) of receipt for an exchange of size in the same shoe. The Chicago Bridal Store's online department must be notified via our contact page within two days of product receipt. Shoes may be exchanged for a different size for no additional processing fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. All items returned must have clearly printed on the shipping box a Return Authorization number and be in new UNWORN & RESALABLE condition. Shipments received without this RA number will be refused for return to sender. Items returned that show use will not be eligible for credit and the customer must pay for return shipping.
Off the Rack Dresses
If you purchase an In stock dress from in store, you can contact us to EXCHANGE it within 24 hours. It must still have tags on the gown and be new and unworn. This option is for Store credit only.
If the dress we send you is not the dress you ordered (the size ordered, the color ordered, the style ordered), brand new and flawless from the designer/manufacturer that makes it, we and the factory will stand behind our service and will either repair or replace the item when notified. Notification of issue to must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
We do NOT offer returns or refunds for any custom made or custom order Formal, Bridal, Bridesmaid, or Prom Gown. Please be careful when placing your order, and make sure that you have the correct size and you have allowed enough time for your gown to be made. We also do Not offer a refund for any jewelry or shoe orders placed, due to sanitary reasons.
