How It Works

Submit your shoot date, location, concept, and model’s measurements.

We’ll review gown availability and provide a personalized quote.

Complete the gown use agreement and required payments before pickup.

Collect your approved items and return them by the agreed deadline.

Fees & Requirements

Gown use fees vary by gown, booking length, and project requirements.

A refundable security deposit is required, with deductions and refunds handled according to the signed agreement.

Complimentary use of a veil may be included with a paid gown fee when confirmed in writing.

The person signing the agreement must present the same driver’s license listed on the form at pickup.

Cleaning arrangements and any additional charges will be stated in your agreement.

Borrowers are responsible for care, timely return, and damage or loss as outlined in the agreement.

Alterations, outdoor use, and other special requests require prior written approval.

Gowns and accessories remain the property of Chicago Bridal Store. This booking covers temporary use only. Image permissions, vendor credits, and any use of our name or logo must be agreed upon in writing.
